Everything happens some time ago when Adriana, of Silovoglio, contact me asking the willingness to take a course in decoration.
said ... done! The date had already been decided then, after a few emails and a meeting quia Pavia here that the party organization.
on my wall on facebook for some time now you have this information. But I wanted to publish it here on my blog only after he realized the work I will propose to the course.

The course will be held in Castelletto di Cuggiono, "Jacob's Ladder", and is organized in two modules of four hours per day of October 30 and a single modulo di otto ore per la giornata del 31.

I used the spouts n.0 for laces but who had many problems can make them with spouts No 1. The important thing is to learn the technique ... then with a little 'patience can be achieved even with the n.0.
We will use the legendary British Sugar Tate & Lyle, then we will not have problems ... clogged nozzles.

conclude this post, indicating that for each of the three modules is provided for the preparation of ice and a real explanation of the different textures.
